Certification Steps: Pass Transport Canada’s Online Basic Exam (No practical flight test required). 35 multiple choice questions. 65% required to pass.
Advanced Certificate
Ideal For: Commercial operations, flying in cities or towns, and operating in controlled airspace or near people.
Where You Can Fly: Controlled airspace (near airports), uncontrolled airspace, and within 30 meters (100 ft) of bystanders.
Our Course: A 20-hour comprehensive ground school covering air law, radio communications, meteorology, and navigation. We don’t just prepare you to clear Transport Canada’s Advanced exam, we arm you with the deep operational authority to fly with total confidence.
Certification Steps: Pass the Transport Canada Online Advanced Exam + Pass an In-Person Flight Review (practical flight test).
Level 1 Complex Certificate
Ideal For: Enterprise drone programs, infrastructure inspections, heavy industrial sites, and specialized commercial operations.
Where You Can Fly: High-risk operational environments, complex industrial facilities, and specialized mission profiles.
Our Course: 20-Hour Ground School — Meets Transport Canada’s mandatory ground school requirement with comprehensive instruction on complex operational safety, procedures, and risk management.
